The details of the cases registered against Murad Saeed were presented in the Peshawar High Court. The Home Department of KP has said that there are twelve cases registered against Murad Saeed in Islamabad.
According to Express News, a hearing was held in front of Justice SM Atiq Shah and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah in the Peshawar High Court on the petition filed by the father of PTI leader and former federal minister Murad Saeed for the details of the cases filed across the country.
The petitioner’s lawyer Alam Khan Adenzai advocate said that Murad Saeed is a former federal minister and his father has filed an application to provide the details of the cases against him.
The Additional Attorney General filed a reply that the provincial government has no case against Murad Saeed. Similarly, the Legal Director of FIA submitted a reply that FI also has no case, while the Interior Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has said that there are 8 cases registered against Murad Saeed in Islamabad.
The court said that the federal government and the provincial government have submitted the answer, now you should refer the cases to the Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan governments to the respective High Courts for details. Later, the court disposed of the petition.
