Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former provincial minister Murad Raas - Murad Raas official Twitter

Murad Raas, the leader of the PTI and a former provincial minister, alleges that the PML-N is attempting to sway the lawmakers of the party ahead of the vote recount for the position of Punjab chief minister by offering them between Rs30 million and Rs50 million apiece.

These “shameless chors are trying to do anything to stay in power,” he remarked, referring to the PML-N.

The PTI’s leader, Mian Aslam Iqbal, claimed that while their numbers are complete, a “market is being established up to acquire members.”

Another PTI leader, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, declared that the party does not want to start a war. “We’ve secured 15 seats. People have now spoken “She talked.

Rana Sanaullah should tone down his threatening speech, the PTI leader said, claiming that he was also responsible for the massacre in Model Town and that if politics of looting had been acceptable, people would have supported the PML-N. On July 18, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah declared that the PML-N will not enable Chaudhry Pervez Elahi of the PML-Q easily win the election for provincial chief executive on July 22.

On Monday night’s “Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath” the minister made the declaration. He claimed that the PML-N would bounce back in the following election from its “temporary loss” in the Punjab by-elections.”Five of these 20 PTI-held seats have been claimed by the PML-N. When the PML-N and PTI face off, we will be in the driver’s seat with a two-thirds majority, “Sanaullah declared.
The numbers game in the Punjab Assembly has entirely shifted as a result of the huge success of PTI in the by-elections for the Punjab, and Chaudhry Pervez Elahi is now poised to succeed Hamza Shahbaz Sharif as the new chief minister of the province.

Nearly all of the PML-N voters who switched parties and supported Hamza lost to the PTI candidates.
PTI took home 15 of the 20 seats up for grabs in the Sunday by-elections. Four seats went to the PML-N, and the final seat went to an independent. Before the by-elections, PTI and PML-Q had already amassed a combined strength of 173 (163 of PTI and 10 of PML-Q).
