RAWALPINDI : Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Dr Noor-ul-Haq Qadri has said that minorities are enjoying equal rights in the country under the Constitution of Pakistan. Taking to media person after attending a religious conference, Dr Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said the Constitution of Pakistan also guarantees equal rights, complete safety and security of the minorities. About construction of a Hindu temple in the Federal capital, Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said land for the temple was allotted by the previous PML-N government. The minister, however, said that funds for this project would be allocated on the recommendation of Council of Islamic Ideology (CCI).
