SIALKOT: An intellectually disable man became a nuisance for Sialkot police when he blocked the road outside DPO office and refused to let traffic pass.
According to details, the man put a barrier to block the road and kept abusing the citizens, all the while threatening them with a brick in his hand. The fiasco attracted a large crowd and went on for a good few minutes.
The incident caused traffic on both sides of Kachehri Chowk to get completely choked.
Local police negotiated with the man and succeeded an hour later, paying him Rs 50 on his demand for reopening the road.
