Pakpattan: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that foot and mouth diseases affect not only animals but also humans. We will treat not only animals but also diseases affecting political parties.
She said this while addressing the Livestock Card issuance ceremony in Pakpattan. She said that under the Livestock Program, interest-free loans of up to Rs 270,000 will be given to animal keepers for their maintenance.
She said that Rs 20 billion has been allocated for the Livestock Program, out of which Rs 11 billion is for the Livestock Card. 90,000 people will be able to benefit from this card, in which money will be allocated for four lakh animals, meat can be exported through better development of animals, animals will be tagged and QR codes will also be given.
In a political conversation, he said that foot and mouth diseases affect not only animals but also humans. Such sick people take action against the country and when they open their mouths, abuse and rudeness come out. We will treat not only animals but also diseases affecting political parties.
He further said that as soon as we took over the government, we used to hear that Pakistan was going to go bankrupt and now in ten months the country has started developing and the stock market is setting records.
