Marchers should remember Pakistan is not banana republic: Maryam Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: Chairperson Prime Minister’s Youth Business Loan Scheme (YBLS) Maryam Nawaz has said that those holding marches against government and making unconstitutional demands should remember that Pakistan is a nuclear state with well established democratic set up and not a Banana Republic.

In a message on social media (tweeter) on Sunday, Maryam Nawaz urged the media to give minimum coverage to those creating anarchy in the country and hype among the masses.

She said that anti-state activities of PTI chairman Imran Khan should not be highlighted by media and he should be taken to task for it.

Maryam Nawaz said that some of PTI miscreants trying to head towards Red Zone should not be given any latitude and dealt with iron hands.

She wished someone from the PTI has audacity to go to Imran Khan and tell him how much hatred he has earned.
