HYDERABAD: The police arrested a man carrying arms and Indian currency here on Thursday.
According to details, the police responding to a tip-off started snap checking of vehicles at picket in Defence Phase II of Hyderabad.
During search of a suspect travelling in a passenger vehicle, the police recovered weapons and 1,00,000 Indian rupees from his possession.
The police seized the recovered weapons, foreign currency, arrested the culprit and after registering a case against him started the investigation.
