Locals protest against prolonged gas outages in Multan

MULTAN: The residents of Shalimar Colony, Multan on Monday protested against extended gas load shedding and undertook ‘murgha’ (rooster) positions to demonstrate their suffering.
Large number of people participated in the unique, yet strong protest and raised slogans against the government. The protestors displayed placards and chanted slogans against the concerned authorities. Protestors told that they remained deprived of gas for hours, and their children had to go to school without even having breakfast. They told that they would increase the level of their protests if load shedding did not stop. NNI
