PESHAWAR: Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervaiz Khattak Saturday held the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) responsible for mismanagement during local bodies elections in the province.
Talking to media persons, the chief minister said that the provincial government was not conducting the elections. He said that the mismanagement has proved the weakness of the ECP.
He said that the provincial government was trying its best to maintain law and order during elections. He said that there is no complaint about organized rigging. He said that no one was stopping women from casting their votes, adding that the PTI was against ban on women voters.
