LAHORE, Dec 6 (INP): Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif Saturday warned that law breakers will be dealt with iron hands as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is all set to show street power in Lahore and Faisalabad cities of the province this month.
Shahbaz was chairing a meeting regarding law and order situation in the province after the PTI chief Imran Khan announced to shutdown the cities in protest against the incumbent government.
He directed the relevant authorities to take every possible measures for maintaining peaceful atmosphere in the province.
The chief minister further stated that ensuring public’s protection is the government’s top priority.
Shahbaz further said that no one would be allowed to get the business centres and shops closed forcefully. He also directed the authorities to provide security to traders.
