The NFL is back and it’s time for a sizable slate of Sunday action! The season got underway on Thursday with the Kansas City Chiefs impressing in a 34-20 win over the Houston Texans. Clyde Edwards-Helaire is looking legit, Patrick Mahomes remains a beast, and while Deshaun Watson missed DeAndre Hopkins, he was still plenty productive — all praise to garbage time!We’re back for Sunday’s loaded slate of 13 games. We’ve got nine games at 1 p.m., highlighted by Cam Newton’s debut with the Patriots and Philip Rivers’ debut with the Colts. That’s followed by three games in the 4:05/4:25 p.m. slot, highlighted by Tom Brady’s debut with the Buccaneers. We wrap with Sunday Night Footballfeaturing the Rams opening their new stadium against the Cowboys.The NFL kicked off Week 6 Sunday with the early London game at 9:30 a.m. between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Carolina Panthers. You can be forgiven for either not knowing or still being asleep. The main slate gets underway at 1:00 p.m. and today might have the most balanced day of football watching this season. We get the 9:30 game, then six games at 1:00 p.m., four in the 4:05/4:25 p.m. slot, and then Sunday Night Football. That’s a heck of a day of football!
