KP govt decides to keep business centres closed after 9:00pm

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to keep the hotels, shops and other business centres closed in all parts of the province after 9:00pm.

According to a communiqué of the provincial government, newspaper offices, cigarette, pan shops, petrol pumps, cinema houses and theatres will be exempted from this ban. The communiqué further said the duty of women and other youth in private offices after 7:00pm will be allowed only with the approval of the provincial government.

The KP government has designated inspectors who will visit different offices and business centres to ensure implementation of the ban and take action against the ban violators.
