RAWALPINDI: The Karachi Police have handed over the accused in the murder of Raja Shoaib Iqbal the nephew of former Punjab law minister Raja Basharat to Rawalpindi police on Friday.
The accused Asad Nambardar and his two accomplices involved in the murder fled to Karachi after killing Raja Basharat’s nephew in Rawalpindi during the recently concluded local government elections in Rawalpindi. The Nazimabad police had arrested the accused Asad Nambardar and his two accomplices Umar and Adil during a snap checking in the area.
The accused were handed over to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Malik Karamat at Islamabad Airport.
