ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan Saturday expressed shock at the news about 280 children in Kasur, most under 14 yrs, being sexually abused & filmed & their families blackmailed for money.
That the police arrested some of the parents who wanted to go public showed clear complicity of the Punjab police with the perpetrators of the crime.
Khan strongly condemned these horrific acts of child abuse & police complicity and stated that If we cannot protect our children & instead the police protect perpetrators of abuse, then we are becoming an inhumane & depraved society.
He called on the government to immediately arrest the guilty and give them exemplary punishment and ensure protection of our innocent young children across the country. NNI
