Jamshoro police arrest 3 terrorists with 60 kgs of explosives

JAMSHORO: Jamshoro police in a successful raid on the Super Highway arrested three terrorists and recovered a huge cache of arms from their possession on Sunday.

According to reports, police was informed that a large quantity of explosive was being smuggled to Karachi for terrorist activities. After the information, police started strict checking on the super highway .  When the police stopped a suspected rickshaw near the Jamshoro toll plaza, the accused tried to flee but were over powered by the Police.

SSP Jamshoro Naeem Sheikh said the explosive material weighing 60 kilogram was transported from Peshawar through a truck and shifted in a rickshaw at Hala to avoid checking.  He said three terrorists who were identified as Saleem Shah, Fareen Shah and Jabbar Shah were also arrested and further investigation was in progress.

The SSP congratulated the police personnel on the successful operation and announced a prize money of Rs 50,000 for them.
