Jam Mehtab orders release of funds for purchase of Incinerator for civil hospital

KARACHI, Nov 29 (INP): Sindh minister for health Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar , while taking notice that incinerator is out of order at Civil Hospital Karachi, has directed Secretary health to immediately release funds for the purchase of incinerator.

In a statement issued here on Saturday he said that supply of medicines, attendance of doctors and other staff and their performance was being ensured and made better and actions were being taken against those who were found in negligence of their duties.

Beside this provincial minister for health Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar expressed his deep concerns over the sale of sub-standard and used syringes in district Jacobabad and its adjacent areas.

He  directed the health officials of Jacobabad and local administration to take action against those elements who are involved in this heinous business because sub-standard and used syringes are the source in spreading deadly diseases. Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar added that selling of sub-standard medicines and used syringes was crime and those who are in this crime they could not be spared at any cost.
