Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that it is our right to protest in front of GHQ. In an interview with the British media, PTI Chairman Imran Khan said that the constitution and law allow us to protest peacefully. It is our right to protest in front of GHQ. The people of our party did not go inside, but they were stopping those who were going inside.
Imran Khan said regarding the incidents of May 9 that fire broke out in four or five places, including places like Corps Commander House and Radio Pakistan Peshawar. There will be cameras, safe city cameras, everything will be known.
This inquiry is very simple. Chairman PTI said that if cases against civilians will be tried in military courts, then democracy has ended. Semi-martial law has been imposed. Their aim is to eliminate PTI and restore Nawaz Sharif.
He said that PTI no longer needs electives to win elections. It is our biggest vote bank. When the vote bank is so much, people coming and going do not matter.
Regarding the non-response of the government on the offer of talks, Imran Khan said that the talks have been going on but there is no response from the other side.
Negotiations are what those who want a solution want and the solution is elections. They don’t want it. Running away from it. Imran Khan further said that the government has made a list of 23,000 PTI workers, out of which 10,000 have been arrested.
