Country at the stage where it was at the time of its creation

PESHAWAR (INP): Chief of Awami National Party (Wali) Begum Naseem Wali Khan has said that Imran Khan was a leading cricketer but he is not a good politician.

Speaking to media persons at Peshawar Press Club on Sunday, Begum Naseem Wali said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief (PTI) lacks political wisdom and his demands were against the constitution of country.

Expressing her grave concerns over the prevailing political situation, she claimed that the country was still at the stage where it was at the time of its creation.

Masses were in the grip of multifaceted crises which have made the life of common man miserable but our leaders were busy in politicking over different issues and leg pulling, Begum Wali added.

She urged Imran Khan to keep all his concentration on mending situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) led by his party instead of holding marches and staging sit-ins in federal capital with unconstitutional demands.

President ANP-W, Farid Toofan speaking on the occasion alleged the ongoing marches were aimed at diverting attention from former President Pervez Musharraf’s issue and giving him safe passage.
