ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Senator Pervaiz Rasheed on Sunday said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan is scared to face the ruling party in the 2018 polls and thus wants early elections.
Talking to a private news channel, referring to the PTI he said, ” those whose own party is being dissolved want the Parliament to be dissolved.”
He said the lion PML-N’s electoral symbol will force its opponents to run away in the next elections, adding that “Nawaz Sharif is Pakistan’s asset”.
The PML-N will not go for confrontation with any state institution, as our focus is on preparing for the 2018 elections”, he mentioned. “We are paying a price for our struggle for democracy,” said Rasheed. NNI
