ImranISLAMABAD: PTI Chairman Imran Khan said that participants of Azadi March were increasing day by day.
Addressing his supporter at D-Chowk for the 44th consecutive day on Friday, Khan said that he was delighted to see the constant participants of Pakistanis in his movement.
“I would not have achieved this success even if I had become Prime Minister of Pakistan,” he said. “I congratulate you for creating a history by staging the longest ever sit-in.” The PTI chief said that the whole nation had wakened up owing to his 18 years of struggle. “Even women have been attending the Azadi March in great numbers,” he said.
He said that PM Nawaz Sharif has bought everybody in order to stay in power. The PTI, he claimed, has become Pakistan’s largest political party. Asif Ali Zardari called me an immature politician, he said, adding that he would prefer dying if Zardari made his mentor in politics.
Imran said that the meaning of “Go Nawaz Go” is “Go Nizam (system) Go”.
The PTI chief was addressing the participants of sit-in here. He said that the slogan of “Go Nawaz Go” will be heard in New York today as well. DNA
