ISLAMABAD, AUG 27 (DNA) – Chief Executive Officer of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has said that IESCO has established One Window Operation Centers in its region to address and redress the customer complaints to avoid any difficulty to our valuable customers and strict action will be taken against IESCO Officials in case of any negligence regarding customer complaints.
In this context necessary directions have been issued to all concerned departments of IESCO. According to the details, One Window Operation centers have been established in all customer services offices, subdivisions and circles, so that customer complaints like correction of Electricity Bills and any other compliant could be redressed under one roof.
It is pertinent to mention here that CEO IESCO further instructed to IESCO officials to redress the customer complaints in good manners and no laxity will be tolerated under this context. IESCO appeals to its valuable customers to contact their nearest offices for redressal of any compliant.
