QadriISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri has said that he has never received funds from any Asian or Western country ever. He said that Minhajul Quran International (MQI) and PAT did not receive even a penny from any country. “PAT and MQI have never received any funds from any country including Canada, United States and United Kingdom”, PAT chief said. “Why does this parliament not make laws to hang people who receive foreign funds?” said Qadri.
Speaking at the sit-in Friday in Islamabad, Dr. Tahirul Qadri said that some federal ministers including Khawaja Saad Rafique have alleged that Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and Dr. Qadri were funded from foreign elements and that the objective was to weaken the government. He said that he and his organizations never received any foreign funding.
“Hang me if I ever received any funds in the name of politics or religion from any country of the world”, challenged Dr. Qadri.
He said that a law against corruption must also be made and any person found guilty of corruption should also be hanged. Agencies
