Ghinwa invites PTI, PAT workers to join her movement

Says still seeking justice for Murtaza’s killings despite lapse of 18 years

LARKANA/ LAHORE(NNI): The Pakistan People’s Party-Shaheed Bhutto (PPP-SB) chairperson, Ghinwa Bhutto has invited the workers of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to join her movement.

Addressing a gathering on the 18th death anniversary of her husband Mir Murtaza Bhutto on Saturday, Ghinwa Bhutto said, “We are awaiting justice for the killings of Murtaza Bhutto and the party workers for the past 18 years. We did not get any justice nor did any judge take suo moto of the incident.” She added that her struggle for justice will start soon.

She went on saying that the movements for the people’s rights are not taken out on containers.

Ghinwa Bhutto claimed that the PAT chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri and PTI chairman Imran Khan have started to “read the book of the people’s government” which has nothing for the poor people.

“The stand-off at D-Chowk area of Islamabad is between the rich people. The path of receiving justice in the country is very tough,” Ghinwa Bhutto said.

Meanwhile, Former Punjab governor and PPP Secretary General Sardar Latif Khosa Saturday announced that Chairperson Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would contest next elections from Lahore and Larkana.

In a statement, Latif Khosa said that like shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Bilawal would also formally begin his political career from Lahore.

“Punjab will again become a fort of PPP,” he said.

SAZrdar Latif Khosa claimed that Chairperson Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would soon present evidence of rigging in the last year’s general elections.
