RAWALPINDI: Chief of the Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited census support centre on Monday and paid a tribute to martyred soldiers and numerators.
Inter-Services Public Relations of the military reported that the army chief was briefed over the assistance lent to census department by the military.
On the occasion, he said that smooth process of the population census is joint success of both the government and the army. Pakistan Army considers its role in census as its responsibility.
COAS General Bajwa further said that census would be completed at all costs.
