KOHAT: Four terrorists involved in attack on Army Public School (APS) Peshawarwere hanged at the Kohat Central Jail on early Tuesday morning.
The terrorists were convicted by Pakistan’s military courts, set up after Army Public Schoolmassacre for trying terrorists under amendments made to the Constitution and the Army Act.
The army chief General Raheel Sharif had signed the black warrants of Noor Saeed alias Hafiz Sahib, Murad Khan, Inayatullah and Israruddin alias Abu Lais, earlier this month.
An ISPR statement issued at the time said the men were convicted for “slaughtering, suicide bombing, abduction for ransom and funding terrorists organisations”.
Earlier this month, four terrorists involved in the Army Public School attack last year were hanged at a civil jail here.
