ISLAMABAD: A report submitted to the inquiry commission on Friday revealed that Sindh tops list of provinces where ’Form 15’ were missing in 45% of the polling bags.
The report of 85 constituencies was presented to the inquiry commission which is probing alleged rigging in 2013 general elections.
The forms were missing in 43% polling bags in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 40% polling bags didn’t have Form 15 in Balochistan whereas the forms were missing in 29% polling bags in Punjab.
The report further revealed that in total, the forms were not available in 33% constituencies of the National Assembly, 44% in PTI MNAs constituencies, 40% in PPP lawmakers constituencies and 28% forms were missing in the constituencies of successful PML-N candidates.
The Form 15 is a document maintained by returning officers (ROs) and accounts for the ballot papers used, discarded or remained unused out of the total papers supplied.
