KARACH: Switch of terrorism seems to have been turned on in Karachi as target killers took life of at least five people including a man and his two sons in just three hours.
A restaurant, Khyber Hotel, located in Malir-15 in the limit of Alfalah police station came under gun attack around midnight where the owner of the eatery Abdul Wahab and his two sons were shot to death.
According to police sources, three deceased were targeted killed. The sources said the deceased belong to Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama’at (ASWJ). The ASWJ also condemned the killings.
Bodies of three deceased were transported to Jinnah Hospital. Local residents of Malir reached the hospital. The local people said Abdul Wahab along with his sons—Farman and Abdus Samad—was sitting outside his house after Isha prayers, when four miscreants riding two motorbikes appeared there and sprayed bullets on them.
In a separate firing incident, a man was gunned down in Liaquatabad-4. Meantime body of a man was recovered from under a bridge in Pak Colony.
