Peshawar: DI Khan: Firing once again broke out on a convoy of vehicles going to Parachinar, security personnel killed six terrorists in return fire while one jawan was martyred and four were injured, the convoy was sent back.
According to Express News, another incident of firing has taken place on vehicles going to Parachinar in Lower Kurram Bagan. A convoy of 35 vehicles was heading towards Parachinar when unknown suspects opened fire on the vehicles, due to which the convoy had to stop.
According to the district administration, in response to the firing, the personnel deployed for the security of the convoy returned fire, which continued for a long time.
According to the district administration, Kurram, a jawan of the forces was martyred in the attack and four were injured, while three vehicles in the convoy were damaged in the return fire, six terrorists were killed and about ten were injured.
According to the district administration, the convoy was sent back, security forces have taken up position, district administration and force officers have reached the spot, one vehicle was damaged, they will estimate the damage.
According to sources, this was the third convoy to go to Kurram. Two convoys had gone before, but this convoy was fired upon.
