ISLAMABAD: The nation is duty-bound to pay homage to its founders like Quaid-i-Azam so as to keep itself alive and active to contribute towards progress and prosperity of country.
These remarks were made by Barrister Zafar Ullah Khan, special Assistant to the Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet while inaugurating an exclusive exhibition of rare and historic photographs of Quaid-i-Azam in connection with the Independence Day celebrations arranged by the Nazriya Pakistan Council (NPC) at Aiwan-i-Quaid, Fatima Jinnah Park Islamabad.
These photographs are an album of historic struggle and tireless efforts, Quaid-i-Azam had to make from one part of the undivided India to the other during the Pakistan Movement to politically motivate people in favour of Pakistan, he said. The new generation can visualize the struggle ourfore-fathers had to putup to create Pakistan, he mentioned.
Barrister Zafar Ullah Khan also signed on the jumbo banner placed by NPC for visitors and general public to express patriotic slogans and writings about motherland. The exhibition and signing of slogans will continue till 14th August 2015.
