ISLAMABAD, Sept 19 (DNA): Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development Pir Syed Sadaruddin Shah Rashid said that Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) is playing a crucial role for the welfare of industrious and diligent workers of our motherland.
He assured that he will make efforts to get an increase in EOBI pension and for this purpose he has planned a meeting with the prime minister.
The minister was addressing a high level meeting held here on Friday. ln the meeting, annual performance of the national pension awarding institute EOBl was reviewed.
The minister appreciated the role of EOBI for facilitating the industrious and diligent hard-workers and showed complete satisfaction over their performance. He further emphasized and encourages the employers to work hard so that every deserving person can get his / her pension without any discrimination and with convenience.=DNA
