ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday reissued notice to PTI Chief Imran Khan while hearing ineligibility case.
One Hashim Ali Bhutta has filed petition for ineligibility of Imran Khan. Neither Imran Khan nor his counsel appeared before the commission. The Election Commission postponed the next hearing till 19th of this month. In another case regarding PTI’s foreign funding and funds from prohibited sources, the Election Commission ordered PTI to submit its written reply till 16th of the next month.
The next hearing of the case will be held on 19th of the next month. Talking to media outside ECP, Akbar S Baber claimed that 3 million dollars were transferred to PTI accounts through hundi.
