Dar assures resolution of issues facing Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park

ISLAMABAD (INP): Federal Minister for Finance chaired a meeting with Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan, Secretary Finance Punjab Wednesday to discuss the issues of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park Bahawalpur.

 

Jehanzeb, Secretary Finance Punjab gave a brief presentation on the various issues being faced in the completion of the project.

 

The Finance Minister said, “We will make all possible efforts permissible under the rules and regulations to resolve the issues.” The Minister further directed Raja Hasan Abbas, Secretary Ministry of Industries and Production to make a complete case regarding the project along with proposed solutions and bring it in the Economic Coordination Committee of the cabinet for approval.

 

The meeting was also attended Secretary Finance Secretary Finance         Dr. Waqar Masood, Rana Asad Amin, Advisor Finance Division, Mr. Sohail Akbar Shah, Additional Secretary Ministry of Water & Power and Mr. Tariq Bajwa, Chairman Federal Board of Revenue along with other senior officials.
