Customer satisfaction has vital importance for business community: Dr. Ishrat-Ul-Ebad Khan

KARACHI, Dec 29 (INP): Customer satisfaction has vital importance for business community and consumers in Pakistan because manufacturers and businessmen needs recognition for their Products and Services so that they could stand and compete not only in Pakistan but in the foreign market with pride and honor, said Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan.

It is very important that the business entrepreneurs and capitalist community of Pakistan have realized the importance of Customer Satisfaction in their business,he said.  The Governor was confident that the business community of Pakistan will become more aware about the importance of Customer Satisfaction & consumer rights and will convert their products and services upto the Pakistan standards not only to satisfy domestic consumers but to be the part of the fortune Products of the world. ”

Dr. Ishrat-Ul-Ebad Khan said this in his message in 2nd Customer Awards 2014 and the Seminar “Importance of Consumer Empowerment” in celebrations of 31st World consumer Rights Day jointly organized by the Consumers Voice Pakistan (CVP) and Pakistan Standards & Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) Ministry of Science and Technology Government of Pakistan on occasion of distribution ceremony of Customer Satisfaction Awards 2014.

Mr. Rasim Khan, President Consumers Voice Pakistan” in his welcome address said that Customer Satisfaction Award is Tribute, to the Businesses that Cares and Serves their Customers at highest level, hence are most popular, among the Consumers, having ISO/ PSQCA certification.

Engr. Shabbir Ahmed Qureshi, Director CA PSQCA Pakistan Standards & Quality Control Authority (PSQCA), highlighted the working of PSQCA  and appreciated organizers of Customer Satisfaction Awards and assured them his full cooperation. He showed confidence in business community that they will be more conscious of the Quality Standards.

Mr. Umar Ghauri, Chairman “The consumers Eye Pakistan” in his Keynote speech said that Customer Satisfaction Award is developing a relationship of trust among consumers, producers, service providers and concern authorities in Pakistan. Increasing competition is forcing businesses, to pay much more attention to satisfying customers.

Chief Guest Mr. Abrar-ud-Din in his speech  hoped that business community of Pakistan will now be more conscious of the Customer Satisfaction.
