MIANWALI: Armed men shot dead two persons including husband and wife over love marriage dispute here on Tuesday.
Police said that unidentified armed accused opened fire at couple in Chak No. 9ML of Mianwali.
The girl had tied the knot with the local man without taking her family into confidence.
The bodies were shifted to hospital from where they were handed over to heirs after medico-legal formalities.
The family of deceased man alleged the family of girl responsible for the murder of couple.
Police have registered a case into the dual murder and started the investigation.
