Country’s economy over performed in the previous fiscal year, says Minister Finance

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of Finance Ishaq Dar pronounced all the allegations of Imran Khan as pack of lies while addressing a press conference at Islamabad Wednesday.

Ishaq Dar said that the government has accomplished significant achievements in the previous fiscal year. It’s easier to point fingers; PTI should rather bring facts to light, he added. Addressing the press conference, Dar rejected Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s (PTI) white paper on budget 2014-15. He further stated that country’s economy has over performed in the previous fiscal year. Imran Khan is being misguided by his associates, he added.

Federal Finance Minister claimed that the government has given maximum possible subsidy to all the sectors including agriculture. He further claimed that the government devised many programs to help youth stand on their feet. He expressed that they would have been happier if PTI had challenged the yearly figures.
