ISLAMABAD: Chairman PTA, Syed Ismail Shah will be delivering the keynote address at the 8th Pakistan Telecommunication and ICT Conference (TeleCON 2015) being held on June 11, 2015 at the Avari Towers Hotel, Karachi.
