ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has named three different roads of the Federal Capital in the name of prominent personalities after approval of the Prime Minister of Pakistan. These prominent personalities include Muhammad Tufail Niazi, Muhammad Mansha Yad and Shan-ul-Haq Haqqi.
The roads attributed to these personalities include Service Road (South), Sector G-9 named as Muhammad Tufail Niazi Road, Service Road (East), Sector G-7 as Muhammad Mansha Yad Road and Service Road (West) Sector G-9 as Shan-ul-Haq Haqqi Road. A notification regarding naming of roads has formally been issued by the Cabinet Division. The concerned formation of the Authority will install signboards of the newly named roads on the directions Chairman CDA.
Shan-ul-Haq Haqqi, Muhammad Mansha Yad and Muhmmad Tufail Niazi have been honoured for their services in the field of Urdu Literature and folk singing respectively.
CDA had named the roads of the Federal Capital in the names of renowned personalities and heroes after seeking the approval of Prime Minister of Pakistan for the awareness of new generation about the outstanding services rendered by these heroes. DNA
