Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi was released from Adiala Jail and reached her home in Bani Gala.
In Islamabad, the Special Judge Central has ordered the release of Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case. After which the court staff along with Mishal Yousafzai reached Adiala Jail with a request for the release of Bushra Bibi.
The administration completed the legal action after receiving the complaint. Bushra Bibi left the jail sitting in a white Land Cruiser.
Security was on high alert outside Adiala on this occasion and fresh police forces were deployed at Adiala Jail Gate 5.
It should be noted that yesterday the Islamabad High Court had ordered the release of Bushra Bibi on bail in the Tosha Khana 2 case. Bushra Bibi spent a total of 9 months in jail. He was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment in the Tosha Khana case on January 31 this year.
Commissioner Islamabad had declared Bani Gala as a sub-jail and he was transferred to Bani Gala instead of Adiala Jail, but after being imprisoned for some time, Bushra Bibi submitted the notification of declaring Bani Gala as a sub-jail to the Islamabad High Court. I had challenged and requested that the notification of declaring them to jail should be annulled and they should be transferred to Adiala Jail, on which they were transferred to Adiala.
The Islamabad High Court had suspended Bushra Bibi’s sentence in the Tosha Khana case, after which she was re-arrested in Tosha Khana 2.
