Benazir murder case : ATC annoyed over absence of Musharraf’s lawyer

RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorism Court(ATC) on Wednesday expressed annoyance over absence of former president Pervez Musharraf ‘s lawyer in the court in Benazir Bhutto assassination case and ordered to appear in the next hearing.

The ATC judge Ayub Khan Mark was hearing the case. During the case proceeding former president Pervez Musharraf’s counsel Farrukh Naseem did not appear in the court due to which the court adjourned the hearing till November 23.

FIA prosecutor told the court that lawyer for Musharraf is using delaying tactics in the case for not appearing before the court.

The court expressed its anger over absence of Farrukh Naseem and ordered to appear before the court in the next hearing on November 23.
