The process of issuing NOCs to Indian films has been stopped in view of the war situation.
According to the report, due to the recent tense war situation, Pakistani authorities have suspended the process of issuing NOCs (No Objection Certificates) to Indian films. This decision has been applied to all Indian films, including Bollywood as well as Indian Punjabi films.
Currently, no Indian film will be approved for screening in Pakistan. Several NOC applications for Indian films are pending in various government offices, on which further processing has been stopped.
It should be noted that this step has been taken in the context of the ongoing tension in the region to respect the sentiments of the people and avoid any possible public backlash.
