ISLAMABAD (NNI): Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs and National Security Sartaj Aziz has underlined the need for meaningful and serious dialogue between Pakistan and India to resolve all outstanding issues.
In an interview, he said the United States and other countries recognize that India has not done good to unilaterally call off the Foreign Secretary level talks in August last year. The world community is urging both the countries to move forward on the dialogue process.
The advisor said progress has already been made on issues, like Sir Creek and Siachen.
He said India’s interference inside Pakistan will also be part of discussions.
It may be noted here that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had made a telephonic contact some days and discussed region matters with him.
