Renowned producer Dinesh Vijan’s Madok Films has finally announced their new horror comedy film ‘Thamma’.
The film will feature Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandana, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Paresh Rawal in lead roles. The film is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and will hit theaters in Diwali 2025.
‘Thama’ is the new addition to the horror-comedy universe of Madok Films, which includes ‘Stree, Stree 2, Shediya’ and ‘Manjia’. The announcement of the film also included a song sung by Arijit Singh. According to Madoc Films, it is based on a “bloody” love story.
According to reports, ‘Thama’ will feature vampires, one of the new characters in this horror universe. The film will feature witches, werewolves, headless ghouls and vampires together, a precursor to a sprawling horror-comedy multiverse. Madoc Films is also working on ‘Wolf 2’ and ‘Stry 3’, hinting at building a wider horror comedy universe in the coming years.
