LONDON: The UK Home Office has announced it will fully assist Pakistan in investigation of Axact, allegedly largest online diploma fraud operating from Pakisan, if needed.
The UK Home Office said, however, that no official from Pakistan has contacted UK for assistance yet.
According to details, a statement was issued by UK Home Office spokesperson in which it was stated that the UK authorities are ready to assist in criminal investigation to expose and implicate allegedly the largest online diploma mill racket, Axact.
The UK Home Office spokesperson said that the diploma mill has issued forged degrees to British citizens as well.
Axact, the company that allegedly operated diploma fraud in shadows for twenty years, became the global front page news earlier this week when New York Times published a full investigative story making startling revelations.
NYTimes alleged that Axact runs the largest online diploma fraud in the world from Karachi Pakistan and has at least three hundred and seventy fake universities operating. NNI
