PESHAWAR: Australian pacer Shaun Tait has become the latest superstar to join Peshawar Zalmi, the franchise, owned by Javed Afridi has quickly established itself as the most popular franchise of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Shaun Tait joined the Peshawar Zalmi’s after Chris Jordan was ruled out from first edition of HBL Pakistan Super League.
Tait, 32, was recently recalled by Australia after an absence of almost five years for the three-match Twenty20 series against India. The pacer has played 19 times for Australia in T20 Internationals and has 28 wickets to his name. Tait was recalled to the Australian team after impressing in the Big Bash League.
