ISLAMABAD, Aug 6 (INP): The Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said on Wednesday that the Aug 14 long march will prove the last nail in the coffin of the rulers.

Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House, Sheikh Rashid said the long march will be held on Aug 14 at any cost and no one could stop this march.

He said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was protesting against election rigging for the last one year but no one was listening to them. He said the PTI was compelled to hold a long march due to the attitude of the government. He alleged that the government had fake mandate and the long march will compel them to hold mid-term elections.

To a question, the AML leader said the march will be peaceful and the workers of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek will also participate in the peaceful march. He said he was confident that the Pakistan Army will not take action against the PTI workers on Aug 14.
