ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has issued arrest warrants of chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan and chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek Tahirul Qadri in SSP Ismatullah torture case. The report submitted by the police in the court declared two leaders proclaimed offender. The file of the case is being submitted.
