ISLAMABAD (INP): Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has launched an educational leadership management (ELM) program in order to promote leadership skill in the educational field.
It is one-year post-graduate diploma that was especially initiated for the career-development of the students, it was announced here Tuesday.
Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Shahid Siddiqui has approved the program that has been introduced with start of new admissions (Spring 2018). The last date of the admissions is March 5.
Graduate students, having at least 45 percent marks are eligible to take admission in the new program.
The newly launched academic programs mainly relate to the society’s socio-economic issues that also meet the market needs.
On the initiative of the Vice Chancellor, the University has introduced as many as 27 new academic programs during the last three years.
