
Rana Sanaullah, the interior minister, stated on Sunday that the next army leader will be chosen on schedule and in accordance with established protocol.
During a ceremony in Faisalabad, he commented on the rising inflation and claimed that Pakistan had been “red-marked” by the IMF as a result of the Imran Khan-led government’s increased subsidies.

Sana criticized Imran Khan, the ex-premier and head of the PTI, saying that “those who gave him the titles of ‘honest and trustworthy’ are now hiding their faces from the public.”
