JHELUM: Former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry has strongly criticized the leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and said that the PTI was not allowed to form a Grand Alliance, for which the current leadership is responsible. The current leadership has completely failed to release Imran Khan. I will form a release committee for Imran Khan’s release.
In his speech, Fawad Chaudhry took a dig at the PTI leadership and said that Salman Akram Raja, Waqas Akram and Rauf Hassan do not have sympathy for Imran Khan. The current leadership has completely failed to release Imran Khan. I will form a release committee for Imran Khan’s release.
He said that politicians present their narrative in front of the public, this is what is written in the letter. The atrocities committed against Imran Khan and the PTI leadership are being exposed through the letter. If a political solution for Imran Khan was found in three years, the situation in the country would have improved.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the economy has come to a standstill due to the closure of 33% of textile mills, the dollar seems to be stable due to the ban on imports, while a completely fake economy is being run in the country.
He said that the only way to bring political stability to the country is to release Imran Khan, Fawad Chaudhry said that he has decided to bring together all the old leadership of PTI and has started contacts to form an Imran Khan release committee, and is starting a legal and political struggle for the release of Imran Khan.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the founder of PTI has been in jail for 600 days, the current leadership has completely failed to release Imran Khan, I will form a release committee to release the founder of PTI, all cases of Imran Khan have been postponed once again, earlier when the cases were postponed, Imran Khan was kept in death cell for twenty days.
He said that the founder of PTI had to face the worst of solitary confinement, once again cases have been postponed and his meetings with lawyers and family have been stopped, we fear that Imran Khan will be subjected to the worst of revenge.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the current leadership of PTI does not seem to be concerned about Imran Khan’s release, Salman Akram Raja has been Nawaz Sharif’s assistant in the Panama case, his Salman Akram Raja’s interest is only in getting money.
He said that the funding of the legal team and the media team has never been audited, the head of the media team is Salman Raja and the head of the legal team is Sheikh Waqas.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the PTI leadership should have met Imran Khan in solitary confinement today, the current leadership is not in favor of Imran Khan’s release like the government and the establishment, he alleged that the current leadership of PTI was installed by the establishment.
The former federal minister said that all the old leadership, including me, were beaten and thrown into jails. 48 cases have been filed against me across the province, while there is not a single case against the current PTI leadership. I have been on the ECL for two and a half years and the current PTI leadership goes on foreign trips every day for funding.
He said that Waqas Akram and his family have been living in KP House for the past several months. Sheikh Waqas Akram is facing serious allegations and is staying in KP House to escape. There are serious allegations of funding against Hamid Khan Group, Shoaib Shaheen, Salman Akram Raja.
He said that the current PTI leadership’s connection with the government and the establishment is very clear. There is absolutely no possibility of Imran Khan being released under the current leadership.
Fawad Chaudhry said that Pakistan has been divided due to Imran Khan’s long imprisonment in jail. Until Imran Khan’s political reality is recognized, political instability will continue.
