Karachi: The Sindh cabinet has approved increasing the age limit in government jobs by five years. According to a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Sindh Chief Minister in this regard, in which various agendas were approved, one of which was the extension of the age limit for government jobs.
Briefing the media after the meeting, Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon said that the Sindh cabinet has approved increasing the age limit in government jobs by five years. This decision was taken by the Sindh cabinet keeping in mind the restrictions on government jobs across the province.
He said in this regard that the decision will not apply to Sindh Police and Public Service Commission jobs. Earlier, the age limit for government jobs was 28 years, which has been increased to 33 years.
